ST290 SERIES INSTRUMENTS
ST290 Data Display
A bold clear information display, the ST290 Data provides concise uncluttered
access to the most important onboard data in one of largest dual line displays
available today. The ideal repeater solution, the ST290 Data features the same
intelligent rotating favourites display as the Graphic. Chapter and page keys
provide access to all information across the ST290 network.

ST290 Analogue Wind Displays
The ST290 Wind and Close Hauled Wind instruments each comprise an
analogue dial and integral digital display.
True and apparent wind direction and speed. Wind speed is displayed either
in knots or meters per second.
Velocity made good (VMG), when boat-speed information is available on the
system.
Maximum wind speed
Tack angle.
Displayed information
The information on the Wind and Close Hauled Wind instruments can be either
true or apparent, depending on which mode you select at the instrument. The
pointer shows the true or apparent wind direction. The scale range given by the
Wind instrument is a full 360°, whereas the Close Hauled Wind instrument
gives an expanded indication from-60° to +60° about the bow or stern of the
boat.
